CICS Program Change Form

Current CICS students may use this form to request to remove or change their current CICS plan. 
Other students who wish to apply to the CS or Informatics major should refer to the respective application webpages:

*Current Computer Science majors and Exploratory Track students who have a C or better in CS 250 (or INFO 150) and (CICS 110 or 160 or 210 or CS 121 or CS 186 or CS 187) and have a Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher may electively change to the Informatics Major without submitting an application. Students are required to discuss this change with an advisor so that any concerns about time to completion and registration can be addressed promptly. Students who make this change to Informatics will follow the program requirements in force at the time that their major change to Informatics is updated in SPIRE.
