Brian Krusell is the director of career development at CICS Careers. He is responsible for guiding undergraduate and graduate computer science students with their search for rewarding professional experiences. His goal is to help students and alumni increase personal and professional self-awareness, learn about the broad range of career opportunities, and share their story through networking and interviewing. His approach includes partnering with employers, alumni, faculty, staff, and parents to support students as they build their professional network.

Dale is the Assistant Director of CICS Careers. He has spent the entirety of his career working in higher education, particularly career services, but also in admissions. Dale is a graduate of the University of Vermont, with a BA in English and Bowling Green State University, with an MA in College Student Personnel.

Dhruvil “Dhru” Gala is a Career Developer with CICS Careers. He offers students personalized help through resume reviews, mock interviews, and search strategy appointments. He has helped lead and scale Ace the Coding Interview (ATCI) and integrate interview prep into the academic curriculum of COMPSCI 187 and 311. He is helping strengthen student-alumni relations through initiatives like AMAs, Instagram spotlights, and alumni-led mock interviews.

As a MS student at CICS, he helps graduate and undergraduate students develop their career path, discover research opportunities, and find internships. He is particularly passionate about research and is working to increase collaborations between researchers and students.

Nikita is a Career Developer with CICS Careers. As a first-year MS student at CICS, she helps graduate and undergraduate students obtain jobs and internships by refining their resume and helping them prepare for interviews. Before starting her Master's, she worked for a video conferencing startup. She intends to build high-impact solutions for real-world problems using Machine Learning.

Michael Pavkovic is a Career Developer with CICS Careers. He helps students navigate their way through obtaining a full-time job or internship. Last summer, Michael interned at TripAdvisor as a Software Engineer in the Needham headquarters. He worked on the small Vacation Rentals demand team, where he engineered a new page to help travelers find a place to stay, anywhere in the world.

Before joining the CS Master's program at UMass, he worked at Microsoft as a Software Developer and later started his own venture to help students prepare for technical interviewing. He is focused on building a stronger careers community by encouraging and enriching the CICS network.

Olivia Higgins is a Career Developer with CICS Careers. She helps guide students through difficult career decisions by answering job questions, evaluating resumes, and aiding with the internship search. Olivia helps CICS make the most of Handshake, a website created to help democratize opportunities for students and make it easier for employers to recruit effectively. Last summer Olivia interned as part of the security solution team at Cisco in North Carolina.
