Associate Professor Gerome Miklau and PhD student Chao Li received the Best Paper Award at the 2013 International Conference on Database Theory (ICDT) for their paper "A Theory of Pricing Private Data". The award was shared with co-authors Daniel Li and Dan Suciu at the University of Washington.
