CICS Dean Laura Haas Interviewed by IEEE for Women in STEM Series

UMass Amherst College of Information and Computer Sciences (CICS) Dean Laura Haas was recently interviewed by IEEE Computer Society as a part of their Diversity and Inclusion Task Force's Women in STEM series. 

Haas spoke with IEEE regarding her time with IBM, where she spent 36 years working in a variety of industry and research pursuits, the challenges and opportunities she experienced throughout her professional career, and the importance of long-term, visionary research.
