Biography
Nishtha Nayar is a Career Developer with CICS Careers. She's pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science. She wants to help students with making the job-search process exciting instead of daunting! She is passionate about intertwining Computer Science with the arts and music, and loves to explore domains such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence which have scope for a lot of creativity. She worked on web development and automation as a software engineer at Dell Technologies for a year before joining UMass. In her free time, Nishtha loves to create music, write poems, cook and create to-do lists!
