Black women in academia face unique challenges and opportunities on their journey, and it is crucial to provide them with the resources and guidance they need to thrive. This event aims to provide valuable insights and support to Black female graduate students who are pursuing academic careers.

The panel discussion and dinner will feature a diverse lineup of five academic professionals who will share their insights and personal stories of overcoming obstacles in academia, and represent various academic disciplines and roles, offering a comprehensive perspective on the journey through academia.
