If you are having issues with your computer, network, or passwords, get in touch with CICS IT & Facilities. You can find them on campus in Room 126 of the CS Building. You can also email them: system@cs.umass.edu. You can also contact the university wide IT. They offer assistance through email, phone, or chat.
