The Office of Faculty Development has announced the first recipients of the UMass Amherst Delphi Leadership Award, created to honor exceptional contributions and leadership by non-tenure-track (NTT) faculty. Funded through the university’s 2024 Delphi Award win, the new campus-level award recognizes four faculty members, including Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences (CICS) Senior Teaching Faculty Marc Liberatore, for his sustained efforts to advance equity and improve working conditions for NTT colleagues.
