The Intergroup Dialogue Initiative (IGDI) has selected 24 participants of its inaugural Dialogue Facilitation Fellows program for the 2025-26 academic year. Among those selected are Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences Erika Dawson Head, executive director of diversity and inclusion, and Neena Thota, senior teaching faculty and associate chair of teaching development.

Guided by expert coaches, fellows will design and co-lead storytelling sessions, listening circles, and dialogue groups that bring students, faculty, and staff together to deepen understanding and foster a more inclusive campus culture.
