Scholarships

CICS offers more than scholarships for students majoring in computer science and informatics. Please see our scholarships page for information about the individual awards and how to apply: Scholarships and Fellowships.

Financial Aid Office

In addition to helping you fund your education, the Financial Aid Office helps you understand the cost of a UMass Amherst education, eligibility requirements, how financial need is determined, your rights and responsibilities regarding your aid package, and more.

  • Seeking financial aid: Financial Aid Office
  • Paying your bill: Bursar's Office

New England Regional Students Program

Through the New England Regional Students Program (NERSP), students from New England who enroll in a major not offered by a public institution in their home state may pay tuition of only 50 percent above that of the Massachusetts resident rate. If you are eligible for this program check the NERSP box on the university application. No additional application is required.
