Participants from partner organizations will explore how to identify meaningful opportunities for AI by applying human-centered design principles to real organizational challenges. Through hands-on activities, attendees will map existing workflows, determine where AI can best augment or automate tasks, and discuss the policy, privacy, and ethical considerations needed to build responsible AI solutions. By the end of the day, each organization will leave with a clearly defined problem statement, a mapped workflow, and a prioritized AI use case to guide future development.
