Support what you love image

Manning CICS community, it’s time to Support What You Love through UMassGives! Join the excitement and support an area that is meaningful to you at Manning CICS. Here’s how your gift today will make a difference:

  • Dean’s Opportunity Fund — Flexible support for urgent and emerging student needs
  • Scholarships — Financial support for CICS students
  • Experiential Learning Fund — Events, competitions, and hands-on learning
  • Physical Computing Makerspace — Student design, prototyping, and collaboration

There are many ways you can direct your gift today and empower our students. However you choose to support CICS, thank you!

Help unlock the CICS 3-Level Giving Challenge:

  • Level 1 | 50 gifts: When CICS receives 50 gifts of any size—to any gift designation—a $1,000 gift from past parents, Richard and Jan Sharp, will be unlocked for the Dean’s Opportunity Fund.
  • Level 2 | 100 gifts: When 100 total gifts are reached, a $2,000 gift from Shujian Liu ’18 PhD will be unlocked for the Dean’s Opportunity Fund.
  • Level 3 | 200 gifts: At 200 gifts, a $10,000 gift from a generous supporter will be unlocked for the Dean’s
     Opportunity Fund.

Make your gift go further:

  • CICS Physical Computing Makerspace match: All gifts to the makerspace—up to $25,000 total—will be matched dollar for dollar by a generous supporter.
  • CICS Experiential Learning Match: Gifts in support of the Experiential Learning Fund—up to $1,000 total—will be matched dollar for dollar by past parents, Deborah Lund & Leroy Day.
  • Support CICS Scholarships: Join the friendly competition during our Power Hour on Wed., April 29, from 3–4 p.m. ET. The top three campus areas with the most individual gifts will win bonus money (up to $2,000).
  • CICS Class of 2026, Your gift counts toward the Senior Gift Campaign! Support future students and receive a philanthropy MinuteCord to wear at graduation. Watch for details on cord pickup.
