Jessica Fill

As Assistant Dean of Human Resources, Jessica Fill directs all human resources functions for the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences. Her primary focus is on strategic planning and organizational development for faculty and staff. Fill is the liaison between the college and centralized offices such as the Office of Human Resources and the Provost’s Office.

Fill completed her bachelor's degree at UMass Amherst and her master's degree at the University of Maryland. She received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
