Jessica Fill

As a senior HR business partner, Jessica Fill directs all human resources functions for the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences. Her primary focus is on strategic planning and organizational development for faculty and staff. Fill is the liaison between the college and centralized offices such as the Office of Human Resources and the Provost’s Office.

Fill completed her bachelor's degree at UMass Amherst and her master's degree at the University of Maryland. She received Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications from the HR Certification Institute, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
