Sade Luwoye '15 is an engineer, leader, and community builder driven by a passion for creating spaces where people and innovation thrive. She earned her bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from UMass Amherst and her master's degree in systems engineering from George Washington University. As a lead engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, Luwoye supports the F-35 Joint Program Office, applying her expertise in systems engineering and cross-functional collaboration to advance complex defense initiatives. Beyond her engineering career, she hosts Win in STEM, a podcast dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and breaking down barriers for underrepresented communities in STEM. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the UMass Amherst Alumni Association. Sade is dedicated to using her skills and experiences to drive excellence, expand access, and create meaningful opportunities for others.

Nabanita De '17 MS is a visionary serial technology entrepreneur reshaping the future of privacy and AI. As founder and CEO of PrivacyLicense.ai, she’s building the world’s first privacy operating system for the AI era and AI Privacy License (www.aiprivacylicense.com), a revolutionary internet contract that serves as “robots.txt with legal teeth,” enabling creators and AI companies to work as partners under shared legal, machine-readable standards. Her vision reimagines privacy as the foundation of the next internet, creating a seamless, automated trust layer that empowers creators and companies to protect rights, unlock markets, and innovate without limits.
Dr. Cheryl Brooks '16 is the associate provost for career and professional development at UMass Amherst. In this role, she provides strategic leadership in the design, development, implementation, and assessment of career and professional programs at the flagship campus. Previously, Cheryl served as the assistant dean for experiential learning and corporate relations for the College of Engineering. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry, a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies (Environmental Science), and a doctorate in education. She serves on the Provost Committee for Service Learning and the Chancellor’s Economic Development Council. She has created three problem-based learning courses: Bridging Engineering Theory to Practice in the Community, Professional Skills Essentials: Bridging the Gap through the Internship, and Learning Through Career Exploration.
Shruti Dhumak '16 is the head of customer engineering at Google Cloud, where she leads teams that help enterprises accelerate digital transformation through data, AI, and cloud innovation. She partners with organizations across industries to design scalable, secure, and intelligent architectures that drive measurable business outcomes. Her expertise spans AI infrastructure, data strategy, and enterprise modernization. Dhumak is passionate about enabling organizations to operationalize AI and unlock value from their data, and she champions innovation, mentorship, and diversity in the cloud and AI community.
Dr. Natascha Saunders '01 is a certified coach with a background in HR, finance, and higher education, having guided leaders at Harvard, MIT, McKinsey, Gates Foundation, World Bank, and the United Nations. She has coached across public and private sectors, impacting clients in over 110 countries. Drawing on her experience across industries, she helps leaders navigate complex career and organizational challenges. Her mission is to help people adapt as AI continues to transform how we work and lead.
