Cybersecurity Institute Hackathon

Save the date: on Friday, October 24, the Cybersecurity Institute will be holding its third annual hackathon in LGRC A112. The event will bring together CICS graduate students, faculty, and cybersecurity industry professionals to make progress on building a system that determines the appropriate age rating of an app based on the content shown to users. Projects will involve techniques for scraping content from apps and the web,  
labeling content, and machine learning classifiers that consider text and images against app store age rating criteria.
