CS Major Application Withdrawal Petition

This petition is for current students who have applied to the CS Major and wish to withdraw their application. Because of the wide variety of reasons that may prompt students to petition for a withdrawal of their application, we can't list all of the qualifying reasons here. If you have not already, we strongly recommend that you reach out to your advisor to discuss your individual situation to decide if this is the right option for you.

Completing this form does not guarantee that your withdrawal petition will be accepted. We reserve the right to count an application toward the number allowed based on the information that is provided and depending on the individual circumstances.
