Jennifer Donelson

Biography

Jennifer (Rogers) Donelson is the Human Resources Specialist for CICS.  She is responsible for coordinating faculty, research and staff recruiting along with the Director of HR.  In addition, she is responsible for completing many parts of the hire/reappointment process, including paperwork, orientation and on-boarding as well as performing payroll tasks.  She previously worked on campus in another HR position for about four years, mainly focusing on developing and using payroll systems as well as customer service.

Jennifer is originally from Western Massachusetts and attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology.
