Interests

Modeling, analysis and algorithm design for social and computer networks; network science; data mining; applied probability and statistics; optimization.

Research

Dr. Jiang's research currently focuses on analysis and algorithm design for cache networks, and analysis of large scale graphs.

Biography

Dr. Jiang received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015. Prior to that, he received his B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2006, M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and M.S. in Applied Mathematics, both from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, in 2008 and 2012, respectively. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the College of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He works with Prof. Don Towsley on modeling, analysis and algorithm design for social and computer systems.
