Jessica Fill

Biography

As Director of Human Resources, Jessica Fill handles human resources functions for the College of Information and Computer Sciences. She coordinates all faculty, research, and staff recruitment as well as topics such as employee performance and leaves of absence. Fill is the liaison between the college and central Human Resources for benefits and other HR issues that are handled centrally by the university.

Fill grew up in the Pioneer Valley and completed her bachelor's degree at UMass Amherst. After college, she spent many years living in the Washington, D.C. area and completed her master's degree at the University of Maryland.
