As the Assistant Dean of Finance & Administration, Donna Falcetti has oversight of the college's financial management, human resources, and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining UMass in 2012, she served in various financial management, strategic marketing, and human resources roles in the life sciences industry. Falcetti holds a BS in biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
