The Rising Researcher program is jointly supported by University Relations and Research & Engagement. Eligible undergraduates are identified by their faculty mentor/advisor and demonstrate leadership and impact in their chosen area of study.

Liu is one of six undergraduates to be recognized as a Rising Researcher this year. They will be honored at a reception with the chancellor in Spring 2018.
