CICS ROC (Recruitment and Outreach Committee)

CICS tours, which are information sessions led by a Computer Science student rather than a walking-around tours, are intended for prospective students who are either in high school or transferring from another college or university.  You can contact our undergraduate student ambassadors, whom we call ROCks (Recruitment and Outreach Committee), by emailing futureugrads@cs.umass.edu to make an appointment or to ask any questions you may have about academic opportunities in College of Information and Computer Sciences.

During the academic semester there are regularly scheduld hours for ROCks information sessions, which are held in the Office of the Academic Dean for Student Affairs in the Lederle Graduate Research Center, Room A243, (LGRC lowrise, 740 N. Pleasant Street, Amherst, MA, 01003).  The phone number is (413) 545-4822.  The ROCks' schedule follows the UMass Academic Calendar--that is, they are available on days on which classes are in session. We are closed on holidays and weekends.
