Do you experience stress about academics? Do you wish you were less stressed out, or were able to manage your stress better? Come to this virtual seminar to learn ways to understand your brain and your stress responses, especially around academics. All undergrads are welcome. Some content will be specifically geared towards common stressors experienced in the CS 200-level courses.
