Southern Swallow helps brands take flight online. They are a digital content strategy firm that helps clients, large and small, tell their stories on the web. Synqware is a startup in Great Barrington, MA, headed by Brett Golberg. Brett is an Entrepreneur in Residence for the UMass Ventures Program. His company, SynqWare, hosts a service called "Bizperanto." This services is a Supply Chain Integration, used by manufacturers, importers, and wholesalers. The platform allows users to integrate over three hundred external endpoints.
Uptrust is an innovative social enterprise working to reform money bail systems and dismantle the myth that low income defendants represent a risk of flight. Our text-message-based communication tool connects defendants to their public defender and relevant community services. They launched in California in 2016 and is now working with over 50 public defender offices around the country reaching over 200,000 pretrial defendants.
