Our facilitator, Robin McHaelen is charming, funny, engaging, and knowledgeable. Robin is a consultant and previously founded and directed True Colors, a non-profit organization that hosts the largest conference for LGBTQ+ youth in the United States and manages Connecticut's only LGBTQ+ mentoring program. She has provided education, advocacy, and support to many, is the author of several articles on LGBTQ+ concerns, and is the recipient of numerous awards. She has been leading these conversations for 30+ years.
