Imposter Syndrome is the feeling that you aren't actually qualified for the work you are doing and will be discovered as a fraud. It is a phenomenon that increasingly prevalent among people in the technology industry, especially women. In this lunchtime talk, representatives from Google, including two UMass Amherst alums, will discuss the syndrome and provide strategies for addressing it.
