In preparation for fall recruiting, CICS Partners (recruiters, hiring managers, DEI champions, etc.) are invited to collaboratively brainstorm how UMass CICS and industry partners can improve diversity, equity and inclusion.
The roundtable will be led by Erika Dawson-Head, our CICS Director of Diversity, with support from Dale Osef and Brian Krusell from CICS Careers.
